This may include device information, IP address, referral URL, page activity, conversion events, hashed email address, or similar identifiers.

Some laws may consider disclosure to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising to be a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, even if no money is exchanged. Where required, you may opt out using the methods described in this Privacy Policy.

6.4 Referrals and Promotions

If you use a referral link, referral code, affiliate link, or promotion, we may process and share limited attribution information necessary to operate the referral or promotion program.

If you click a third-party link or use a third-party platform, that third party may collect information about you under its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

13.1 SMS/Text Messaging Program

PolyProPicks offers an optional SMS program called "PolyProPicks Sports Market Analytics Alerts." We may share this information with SMS platform providers, telecommunications carriers and service providers only as necessary to deliver messages, process replies, maintain suppression lists and operate the program.

We do not sell mobile phone numbers. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

14. Children and Age Restrictions

The Service is not directed to children.

You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If your jurisdiction requires a higher age for sports, prediction-market, gambling-adjacent, or paid market-intelligence content, you must meet that higher age requirement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required by law.

15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, and our systems may not respond to them consistently unless required by law.

Where legally required, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as an opt-out from sale or sharing for targeted advertising, to the extent required by applicable law and technically feasible.

You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting alex_ceo@polypropicks.com.

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, signup, or request, such as the email address used with PolyProPicks.
