inaccurate;
unavailable;
revised;
misformatted;

PolyProPicks may offer free signals, previews, waitlists, trial access, limited-access pages, premium feeds, subscription access, one-time passes, or other paid or unpaid product experiences.
We may change, limit, expand, discontinue, or modify free or premium features at any time, subject to applicable law and any express checkout terms that apply to your purchase.
Free access does not guarantee future free access. Premium access does not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, signal volume, signal frequency, market availability, sport availability, or event availability.
If you purchase premium access, your purchase may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Whop, Stripe, Apple, Google, or another provider shown at checkout.
The checkout page, payment provider terms, and any purchase-specific disclosures control the specific payment terms for that transaction, including:
price;
billing period;
renewal status;
trial period, if any;
cancellation process;
refund eligibility;
taxes;
payment method rules;
access duration;
chargeback or dispute procedures.
Unless the checkout page or applicable law states otherwise:
fees are charged in advance;
paid access is for the access period shown at checkout;
cancellations stop future renewal but may not create a refund for the current access period;

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, user interface, signal cards, scoring presentation, market summaries, product structure, software, data organization, logos, trade names, trademarks, and other content, is owned by PolyProPicks, Benefitpoint Alexander Grushin, or our licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own lawful personal use.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, sublicense, scrape, mirror, frame, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.

We do not authorize fake testimonials, fake urgency, fake countdowns, fake winnings, unsubstantiated performance claims, or misleading endorsements.
